Deep Heat Muscle Rescue Heat Spray provides fast acting, targeted, soothing relief to help ease tight, tense muscles. Can be used before and after exercise.

How to Use:

• Use this medicine only on your skin.
• Adults and children over 5 years only.
• People experience warmth differently: apply sparingly on first application, reapplying after 15 minutes if a stronger effect is desired.
• Shake can well before use.
• Hold the nozzle not less than 15cm (6”) from the site of pain and spray in 2-3 short bursts.
• Massage not required.
• Protect the face when spraying around the neck and shoulders.
• Repeat up to 3 times per day and wash hands immediately after use.
• Do not inhale.
