Use as:

Facial Cleansing Oil – use 2 pumps of oil and massage your face for a minute. Use a warm damp facial towel to remove.
Bath Oil – add a few drops to your bath
Body Oil – after shower or bath massage oil directly onto your skin
Hair Oil – massage oil into your scalp and hair and leave on for an hour or overnight. Wash your hair with your regular shampoo.
Nail Oil – massage a few drops onto cuticles and leave to soak.
Beard Oil – Massage a few drops into facial hair pre-shave to soften the hair and follicle or massage into beard hair to condition.
Facial oil – Massage a few drops into the face, neck and around the eyes for 1 minute.
Facial masque – Massage into the skin for 2 minutes and leave on for 20 mins or overnight.

A multi-use oil of Organic Sweet Almond, Rosehip, Calendula and Coconut contains:

Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that fights off free radicals that causes premature ageing and damage.
Vitamin A (natural, low potency occurrence so safe in pregnancy) aids cell renewal.
B Vitamins – soothes irritated skin and helps balance oil so suitable for oily & dry skin.
