• The small size fits around the centre of the left or right knee at 12 – 14 inches, or 30.5 – 35.6cm
• The medium size fits around the centre of the left or right knee at 14 – 16 inches, or 35.6 – 40.6cm
• The large size fits around the centre of the left or right knee at 16 – 18 inches, or 40.6 – 45cm
• The extra large size fits around the centre of the left or right knee at 18 – 20 inches, or 45 – 50.8cm
