SONA L LYSINE 500MG provides 500mg of L Lysine, an amino acid necessary for balanced nutrition and good health. L Lysine cannot be made in the body and so it is vital that adequate amounts are included in the diet. Suitable for people suffering from cold sores.

Pharmacist
Kenneth graduated with a master’s degree in pharmacy from University College Cork in 2023. Kenneth was also Captain of the UCC Powerlifting Club from 2019 to 2022 and is also, in his spare time, a freelance photographer.
